Stage 2: Construction & boundary set-outs

This phase in the development process where the approved plans from the preconstruction stage are translated into physical construction on the site. This stage involves several key activities, including boundary set-outs, construction set-outs and height control surveys.

Construction Set-outs

This is a common survey we complete by using the NSW LRS cadastral boundaries alongside the approved architectural designed plans to place survey marks on gridlines, building lines or other critical corners which have been requested by the builders or clients. These survey marks provide builders with starting the construction process. Also, an RL of the new proposed finished floor level (FFL) can be provided to assist the construction phase.

Boundary Set-outs

A boundary set-out survey, executed by a registered surveyor, precisely measures and marks property boundaries which are defined from using NSW LRS deposited plans. Crucial for compliance and preventing disputes, these surveys enable adherence to approved plans.

3

Height Control Surveys

Using instruments, we determine elevation differences between points, ensuring accurate construction and development. These surveys are vital for maintaining uniformity and compliance in vertical measurements across project sites, contributing to the precision and safety of construction.
