Easement Plans
An easement grants the right to cross or use a portion of someone else’s land. This survey includes gathering all of the NSW LRS deposited plans in the area to help identify the boundaries. A selected portion of the lot can then have an easement created over the area which may require several compliance issues along the way.

Industrial and Commercial Lease Plans
Industrial Lease Plans: Specifically for industrial properties (warehouses, factories, etc.). Commercial Lease Plans: Encompass non-residential leases (including industrial and retail spaces). Key considerations include legal rights, fit-out responsibilities, and compliance with permitted use descriptions.
